Sour Yet Satisfying. Lagoona Matata has a gentle tartness that makes it seriously moreish. It's as tasty as it is good looking and filled with all the tropical beachy summer-y vibes you want from a sour ale! It is dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops that gives it tropical bursts of mango, passion fruit, lychee and pineapple. It's crystal clear and light gold in appearance and is as attractive as it delicious!

330ml can from the Rex Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear golden straw colour with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is lemon lime citrus, light floral hops. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a light crisp, juicy tart citrus, yeasty dough, mineral, light floral palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours gold, quickly fading head.Nose shows faint lime, subtle wheat, a hint of lemon, faint elderflower. Very subtle.Flavours include soft doughy bready notes, a faint acidity, soft banana. Again, very soft.

Can. Very light yellow, no head. Slightly tart, with a real fruit salad of flavours. Subtle and very drinkable, but not overly memorable.
