Our gently evolving Citra, Mosaic and Idaho-7 IPA is finally back in 440ml cans and we’re really pleased with this latest iteration. It’s all mango, orange peel and ripe flat peaches with a big wallop of pineapple on the nose. Don’t sleep on this one.

Large foamy white head stayed on a hazy pale golden coloured body. Mango, nectarine & sweet exotic fruits aroma. Medium to full bodied, lively on the tongue with cloying back. Mango, melon, bitter citrus, pithy & grapefruit tastes with a tangy finish. Deece.

On tap. Cloudy, opaque golden with an off-white head. Lovely and intense tropical fruit aroma with a darkness to it. Medium body, very soft on the palate. Tropical fruitiness and again somewhat dank. Next to no bitterness. 140522

Tap at the brewery taproom. Poured a murky straw colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is dank grassy hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a super fresh, crisp, dank, grass bucket, light citrus, light floral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Beak Parade on 15 May 2022 at 18:51 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7. Can picked up at Kihoskh and drunk at home - hazed up yellow with a white head. Bursting with a cross section of bright tropical citrus fruit, succulent tangerine segments, juicy grapefruit and pineapple, citrus rind, nice soft dense mouthfeel and body, robust hoppy finish. Lovely drop.
