Brewed with Mittelfüh hop, and a combination of pilsner-, rye- and oak smoked wheat malt (just a touch). Somewhat fruity with prominent esters.

On tap at Sur og Bitter Beer Festival, Sandnes. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of fruit esters, phenols, light bread, some alcohol. Tastes sweet with some bitterness. Medium bodied, dry finish.

Fra fat på Cardinal: lett uklar gylden med kort skum. Lyse malter, belgisk gjær, kandissukker, alkohol, snev av vanilje og lyse bær i aroma. Fyldig og godt balansert smak i ekte belgisk tripel-stil, dvs søtlig med varmende alkohol, lett humlet, svakt krydret (fra gjæren) og noe fruktig. Meget vellykket.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of cereal and Belgian ale yeast, also ripe yellow fruits. Medium sweet flavour, again Belgian ale yeast, white kandij sugar, some fruit and mild spices. Moderate hops, warming mouthfeel. Not bad at all.
