A wild, but elegant farmhouse brewed with a large proportion of spelt and matured in wooden barrels for several months. Deeply fermented dry body with a strong aroma of white wine, a little bit of funk and a long finish with intensive hops notes.

Bottle 0.75l, four years aged. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- spicy and herbal hops, white grapes, white currant, nice aged character, vanilla. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, lightly sour, lightly bitter, pleasantly fruity - white grapes, apple, dried lemon, pineapple; hay. Medium bodied.
Great.

Bottle from... who knows where... Malý/Velký I'd guess. Murky yellow body, white head. Big white grapes in the aroma, light tropical fruit maybe, hoppy touches, estery, light phenols. Tart, lightly citric lean, dry taste, herbal touches too, minty even as well, very light funk, quite clean in general, in pretty nice balance. Good stuff! Quite sessionable for the ABV... and the price. :D
