Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy orange copper with a medium creamy off white head that lasts awhile leaving behind good lacing. The aroma is caramel malt with fruit and light hops. Thin mouthfeel and a bit watery on the palate with a light fruity yeast flavor. Hides the alcohol very well making it easy to drink. Satan for the 666th rating.

Bottle marked as best by 4/12/2010. Pours with a thick, creamy, off-white head leaving good lace over a hazed and small particle filled deep orange body. Aroma of sugar, caramel, plums, raisins, and biscuit. Taste is rummy, rich, with candi sugar, meat, belgian yeast, slightly metallic, and dark fruits. Boozy for the ABV, with lively carbonation.

Light red colour. Sweet aroma of candy and red fruit. Rather gassy. Flavour is a bit unrefined and overly sweet. It used to be so much better.

dark fruits dominate aroma. unclear red with light brown head, flavor dark fruits, licorice, sirup, no aged beer. faint caramel, toblerone, all the good stuff from an age one,but not the "old beer" taste. very good, reminds me of westvleteren but this one far worse balanced.
