Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a amber orange with a white head. Aroma is fruity, woodsy, astringent citrus, fruit. Taste is mushy apples, floral, woodsy, harsh finish medicinal.

Sample, many thanks to Grumbo for this! Unclear murky deep red. Aroma of alcohol and tree sap. Taste is a little harsh, woody some rose petal like glimpses in the back ground, floral sweet, but they seem overshadowed by a barky, boozy bittersweet profile that's not quite what I expected.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangy reddish golden amber colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, wood barrel. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity grapey with woody, barrel, vanilla notes and some light tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation dry slightly tart grapey finish. Quite drinkable.

26/10/2020. Sample courtesy of saxo and co, cheers. Pours hazy amber pink with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of stewed apple, brown sugar, touch of wood and spice. Light sweetness and medium tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily. soft carbonation. My favourite of the 6 Alai ciders tried today.

[ As Alai Sidra Rose ].
ABV: 8.0%. Clear light to medium red colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, silver head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, grapes - grape skin - red grapes, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, wood, apple, grapes - grapes skin - red grapes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20201003]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich apples, berries, grapes, fruits and has a nice light dry finish. Quite sweet and light sour.
