Hoppy Belgian Pale Ale conditioned with Brett Brux in package. Fresh, it has classic Belgian esters, including citrus and banana. With European noble hop aroma lending a dry, lightly bitter orange zest and pepper. Pours a pillowy head with great retention. Aging, expect the hoppy aroma to subside with farmyard funk coming to the fore.
