Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale yellow colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, straw, citric. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, tart, citric, white wine note, alittle funk. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tart and sweet at the finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample, thanks to Grumbo. Pours a lightly misty pale yellow. Aroma of straw, white wine. Taste presents a racy acidity, sharp green apple, moderately sweet, tart, some light funk moments, balanced carbonation, nicely presented overall. Decent.

17/8/2020. Bottle from Norfolk Food & Drink Co, Cromer. Pours clear very pale gold with almost no head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples, green apples, light funky, mucky and sugary notes. Sweeter to taste, but with a nice tartness and a bitter sweet finish. Moderate body, oily, with a light sparkling carbonation. Quite enjoyed this.
