Bottled 330ml. -from local Lidl Zagreb. Dark amber/brownish coloured, medium sized pale beige head, mild fruity caramel nose. Moderate sweet malty, caramel, light dried fruits and spices with yeasty alcoholic notes. Sweet spicy and light alcoholic finish. Not bad at all.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear deep ruby pour, one finger frothy beige head. Medium retention, good lacing on the glass. Malty nose, lots of caramel and toffee notes. Liquor in the background. Medium body, soft carbonation. Slightly prickly. Smooth on the palate, creamy mouthfeel. Bittersweet taste, notable alcohol presence. Aroma is malty, caramel and toffee, molasses, brown sugar. Liquory. Hints of cocoa. Mild herbal. Yeasty. Boozy finish, long lasting alcohol burn on the tongue. Overall, decent dubbel. Nothing spectacular but still quite nice. Good.

Brown. Aroma of caramel, plums, raisins, spices. Taste is fruity, caramely. Bitter appears. Drinkable.

Butelka. Pięknie rubinowe i idealnie klarowne, z obfitą pianą, która jednak po jakimś czasie opada do cieniutkiej warstewki i w końcu obwódki. I na tym koniec zalet. W aromacie dość ordynarny alkohol a pod nim karmel i trochę słodu. W smaku słodkie, ale nie wyklejające, mocno karmelowe, jak się uprzeć można znaleźć rodzynki czy słodkie wiśnie, ale na granicy autosugestii. Goryczka niska, ale w drobnym stopniu kontrująca słodycz karmelu. Wysycenie średnio-wysokie, raczej nie pasujące do całości.

Bottle from Lidl (!) Pours clear darkish copper brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and yeast, with mild notes of hops. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with clear notes og Belgian yeast and touches of fruit. Estery aftertaste with mild caramellish and acidic hints. Decent, if macro.

Frothy beige stayed impeccably on a nearly translucent rich brown body. Dark fruits, berries, demerara & malt aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & a slight tingle on the back. Dry on the aft. Sweet malt, cocoa & dark spirits to the fore followed by a fruity back with berries, stone fruit, light citrus and a long tangy finish.

Brown color, off-white head with good retention. Aroma is toasty, caramelish with some dry fruits. Flavor is slightly sweet, notes of caramel, spicy and toasted bread hints. Light sweet final with some dense mouthfeel on palate.

Butelka 33cl z datą ważności do 20.03.2020 BARWA: ciemno miedziana wpadająca w rubin, idealnie klarowne. PIANA: przybrudzona biel, drobno pęcherzykowa, obfita, trwała, delikatnie zdobi szkło. AROMAT: przyprawowo-korzenny , przypieczona skórka od chleba, delikatny goździk, po zamieszaniu szkła wiśnia w likierze, coś mnie tkneło żeby zrobić próbę skóry choć nie wyczuwam żelaza, natomiast na skórze bardzo wyraźnie czuć że jest. SMAK: słodka likierowa słodowość przełamana korzenną goryczką na finiszu wyczuwalne żelazo, wysycenie średnie do wysokiego - podbija pełnię, dość gładkie, śliskie. W stylu powyżej średniej, pijalne.

Barwa brunatna, klarowne, piana w kolorze złamanej bieli, dość obfita, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie nuty chlebowe, skórki od chleba przypieczonej, karmel, melanoidyny. W smaku słodowe, chlebowe, skórka od chleba, nieco ciemnych, suszonych owoców i nut fenolowych. Lekko kwaskowe, w stylu winnym. Goryczka niska, wysycenie i ciało w normie. Trochę brakuje przyprawowości i nut szlachetnych alkoholi, ale poza tym solidne.
