1/9/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple, citrus, slight sulphur and salty notes. Light sweetness and moderate tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Dry, moderately tart and acidic finish with a salty edge. Quite liked it.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a clear white with a bubble head. Aroma is tart, apple, peels, tannins. Taste is semi-sweet acidic apples, tartness.

500ml bottle. Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of sharp apple, fruity. Taste is fruity, apple, fleshy, slick, some tartness, and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
