Panda to home, thanks to SHIG, 29/07/20. Clear golden blonde with a thin white cap. Nose is pale malts, grass, lemon drizzle, biscuit, stale dog piss on the carpet. Taste comprises pale malts, very weak lemon squash, grass, damp cardboard. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Pretty weak affair.

25/7/2020. Bottle from Beer Cockermouth (beergb.com), and shared with the SHIG at our second Cumbrian bottle share. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of grain, cardboard, malt, bread, hop, fruit. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Have quite enjoyed the Ulverston beers I've had but for me this was a bit of a miss.

Cask at Hops, Crewe Pours a golden yellow with a frothy white head. Has a faint aroma of oranges, but nothing much. Taste is mainly of corn, plus bran flakes and a bit of citrus. Finish starts off as sweet, but then becomes bitter. Unremarkable.

Bottle from Beer Ambleside. Appearance - golden with an attractive snow white head. Nose - corn and subtle, dry herbs. Taste - dry green note, like tomato vine. Corn again. Palate - light bodied and dry through middle and finish. Overall - ok. Could be a bit more generous even for this style.
