A thoroughly modern IPA in the West Coast American style, but made exclusively with UK hops and the finest Maris Otter malt. An addition of wheat adds body and huge handfuls of Admiral, Cascade and Chinook hops give big floral aromas and flavours of citrus and soft fruit.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a hazy orange with a bubble off white head. Aroma is biscuit, caramel malts, some fruitiness. Taste is fruity, bitter forward, grains, malts and sweetness take over.

30/5/2020. Bottle from the brewery. Poured hazy pale amber with a large frothy white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hops, fruit, biscuit, some lychee coming through. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily watery texture, average carbonation. Earthy finish. It's ok.

ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, flowers, fruity hops, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200408]

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, malt, little caramel, notes of bread and has a light bitter finish.
