This thick juicy cask Pale Ale is packed full of Amarillo at flameout and double dry-hopped with yet more Amarillo and Motueka for a huge fruity citrusy aroma and lush notes of orange and mandarin on the palate. This monster hop profile sits well on a malt bed of pale ale, oats and Munich malt.

A glorious bitter pale ale! Murky gold, with a small, bubbly white head, and an aroma of stewed oranges and lemons, with a hint of pine. Bitter with a fabulous orange fruitiness, its slips down very smoothly

440ml can: BB 23rd Jun 2020. Drank at home in the afternoon sun on 25th May 2020 after some gardening duties. Cloudy orange/yellow body, white topping of foam. Citrus fruits in both the nose and taste, oranges to the fore, aroma and flavour wise. Nice balance between bitterness and sweetness.

440ml can from Chez Sophie. Cracked after a 50 mile XC bike ride. Pours opaque with a milky yellowy orange complexion, rocky white froth. Aroma has gentle orangey citrus. Taste is a little dry on first impressions, some soft citrussy intentions with a pronounced bitterness and malt coming to the fore. Amarillo's weedy citrus provides the bulk of the character, with distant lychee shades on the finish. Decent sessionable pale overall.
