CITRA
Citra: a hop so hyped, it comes with its own entourage.
We have long loved the hop and this beer uses a pale malt bill to let all Citra's floral and citrus notes sing! In the late 2000s and through the 2010s, every brewery seemed to brew a single hop Citra beer. We steered clear, choosing to use the spectacular hop in concert with the likes of Mosiac and Amarillo in flagship beers like Independence and Southville Hop and seasonal smasher, Low Rider. Suddenly in 2019 though, the time felt right to do this big, unabashed single hop IPA. To Citra, with love!
