Our unique brewing method creates a bold silky mouth feel with a touch of caramel sweetness followed swiftly with a hugely refreshing, dry and bitter finish from the central European hops. We are 100% Manc and proud.

330ml can. Clear amber, small creamy white head, some retention. Aroma of sweet malts, light caramel, malts and citrus noted hops; quite fresh and clean. Taste has a nice fruity light yeastiness to it, caramel malts, citrus, a touch watery boiled sweet in the middle to end which is a shame, light bitterness running through, grains also. Almost an excellent lager but its still good.

330ml can - Pours a clear amber colour with an average sized foamy off-white head. The aroma is grainy, lager malts with some light grassy hops. A moderately sweet taste, grainy, sweet malt flavours, a hint of boiled vegetable with a light hoppy bitterness.

Third shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, KegStar Bar. Filmy layer, warm golden body, steady pearl white head. Distant grain and dusty hops on the nose. Rather restrained taste of noble hops and grainy malts. Ends mid-dry, soft on the swallow. Approved. (2nd day of the festival, 23.01.2020).
