Mixed taste of pineapple, ripe orange, and juicy malts. Hop fruity finish with a warmth from the alcohol. Rather thick mouthfeel. Decent. (Tromsø, 28.05.2025).

Two at the source. Hazy orange yellow, with a large white head. Stone fruit, mango nectar, mint. Full mouth feel, medium to high bitter finish is pithy, grapefruit and mango come through big time. Excellent stuff.

473 ml can, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 7.2%. Hops are Galaxy, Sabro and Citra. Murky yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus, mango and pineapple, also yellow stonefruits. Citric mouthfeel. Flavour of said fruits, also resinous bittering hops, distinctly bitter aftertaste.

Mi2 på Cardinal 9.12. ble en veritabel julekalender, ikke minst takket være Luis' presentasjon av canadiske øl, alle på 0,473 bokser: uklar skittengul med fint skum som varer. I likhet med Del Tropico som vi nettopp hadde gledet oss over har denne tydelige innslag av tropiske frukter og søt citrus, men litt mer krydret enn foregående. Ingenting å utsette på mersmaken her heller.

A hazed yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, citrus pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours opaque yellow with a thick head of fine white froth fading to a cap with lots of lace. Aroma of perfumed tropical flowers, melon, fresh coconut, papaya, white guava, peach candy, under-notes of catty dank Citra and orange peels. Flavour of peach, musky end of passionfruit, melon, hints of orange, soft creamy coconut, lightly sweet pale malt, some tropical fruit candy but only lightly to moderately sweet on balance with an oaty vibe and slight minerality. Dry finish with light to moderate bitterness and lots of florals in the aftertaste. Medium bodied, creamy fairly soft carbonation. A lot of Galaxy and Sabro here (on the can for this batch), especially in the nose. Refreshing, with good balance, and much brighter than their Goon IPA.
