This full bodied copper coloured beer displays a delicate blend of cloves, coriander and heaps of fiery ginger. You will find a generous depth of flavour which reveals more with every sip.

My dad picked me this up from the Marble Arch, cheers dad, consumed outside camper at Bo Peep campsite, Adderbury, Nr Banbury, Oxon, 04.09.10 What a stunning nose, its root ginger all the way, wonderful spicy warm gingery nose almost perfect. The colour is gold, but it is the aroma that I keep coming back to, I love ginger. Taste is wonderful, not quite as seductive as the nose but it’s bloody lovely. Great warmth and spiciness from the ginger, some bitterness and a little dry towards the end. I like ginger beer and of course I like beer, so when you come across one that is very well done, well you;’re gonna’ love it aren’t yer, I do. A9 A4 T8 P4 Ov17 4.2

500ml Bottle (GBBF 2010) - Amber in colour. Ginger features predominantly in the aroma. The taste is spicy and warming with notes of ginger, hops and dried fruit. Doesn’t taste as strong as 6%. The ginger is very noticeable in both the aroma and taste, but is very enjoyable.

Bottled@The Chriso rock the roof down pre-GBBF tasting. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is ginger, some notes of wood as well as some sweetness. Flavour is ginger, spices, wood, some malty sweetness. One of the most balanced ginger beers I have had.

500ml. Pours dark orange with a small head. Aroma is sweet ginger, and lots of it! Ginger on the taste, but was expecting a bit more ginger to be honest. Good brew none the less.

Bottle conditioned @ the Marble Arch Manchester. Again another ginger beer I "had" to drink for the sake of ratings. This one was a bit stronger.

Bottle conditioned @ the Marble Arch Manchester. Pale amber color. Ginger and grapes in the aroma. Well balanced brew with malt, apple grapes, lemon and subdued ginger in the flavor. Much better as the cask version!

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of ginger and spices. The flavor is sweet and mainly with notes of ginger, leading to a dry ginger finish. The body is very thin, due to a low level of residual sugar.
