Our flagship beer, the one that started it all. Our unique bourbon barrel ageing process brings flavours like vanilla and toffee and we've combined this with the malty character of our Scotch Ale to create an incredible taste experience.

We brew The Original using our unique barrel into beer method, turning the traditional beer into barrel process on its head without losing any of the wonderful flavours and aromas from the barrel.

I like this a lot. High malt, low carbonation. Untappd is like Pokémon: gotta catch all the styles. (I’ve never played Pokémon.)

0,33 bottle.

It is in a very nice bottle, its color is beautiful, this is the real amber color. Its foam is medium lasting, white, beautiful. It smells like barrel maturation, so "noble" :) Very delicious, sweet, cognac, wine, besides hops and malt smell. Moderately body. Bitter finish, otherwise raisin has a sweet taste, with a bit of "added sugar". Overall a good little strong ale.

11.2 ounce bottle from Festival Foods College Ave, 12/7/19. Clear amber, large fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, cola, mild oak. Taste oak, vanilla, raisin, caramel. Medium bodied, very little bitterness, mild oak. Kinda weak. Meh.
