Aus der Flasche im 2018-03 getrunken. Ich mag dieses eichenfassgereifte Ale. Die schΓΆnen Malzaromen mit ein Hauch von Vanilie sind immer wieder klasse.

Fles gekregen van Inoven. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een dunne schuimkraag. Het heeft een licht eiken geur. De smaak is zacht, eikenhout en wat moutig. Licht waterig in de afdronk.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Koperkleurig helder bier. Aroma van vanille en hout. Smaak van vanille en bloemen. Nasmaak is bloemig en fruitig.

Bottle at home. A pretty pour with a deep dark colour and a good head. The aroma was gentle whisky and vanilla. The flavour was strong whisky and vanilla with plenty of malt to add to the profile. The alcohol was strong, but balanced by the other flavours and the mouthfeel was pleasing. This was good, but too rich to be sessionable.

Bottle from Pivopija, Belgrade. Shared with lovely Anja. Clear amber, minimal head. Light whiskey and peat, malts, also butter. Harsh dryness, alcohol present, toasty malts. Medium body, moderate carbonation, barrel in the finish. Unpleasant harshness, nothing impressive.

Clear brown with almost no head. Aroma is toffee raisins some alcoholic dark malt roast. Taste is sour lemon juice with some caramel molasses bittersweetness. A bit murky but drinkable. Mouthfeel is watery but with a good body. Some flowers in the finish. Alright.

Bottle, small creamy bubbly head, clear light brown to dark red color, aroma of dark honey, nuts and minerals, flavor of nuts, vanila, caramel, some light fried fruits and an earthy hintm quite sweet but just a hint of bitterness complementing, carbonation a but too intrusive. Nice and enjoyable.

Helder licht roodbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en licht zoet met sporen van vanille, ietwat toffee, karamel en honing.

Bottle. Color: In between amber and copper, small white head. Taste: Sweet, malty, notes of oak, boozy and vanilla hints. Hints of honey, sugar and caramel. Very little bitterness. Pretty dry mouthfeel.
