Clear yellow pour with a stable hite head. Aromas of grain/malt/white bread, grass/hay and a hint of citrus. Taste is grain, malt, herbs - decent bitter finish as well. Not bad.

It is a classical beer, nothing special. It is a correct beer to start a night, malty, a bit watery, few hop, easy to drink, drinking it in 2016.

On tap at Hops, Crewe. Pours a slightly hazy golden amber with minimal white head and good lacing. There’s continental hops and grain in the aroma, plus some grassy hints. In the mouth it is both sweet and sharp and quite juicy. Main flavours are continental hops, grains and corn with traces of ginger too. Some hints of berry fruits later on. Finish is slightly dry. This is decent.

Op tap bij Hofbrauhaus. Heldergouden kleur, witte kraag. Granig, iets muf, licht grassig, appel, licht moutig, degelijk bitter. Lichte body. Had wat onbedoelde bijsmaakjes.

Bright, grassy, pale cereals, very refreshing, light and super quaffable. Nice example of the style. A well made bare bones lager is a beautiful thing.
