Flaska från Brill. En riktigt fin Östkust-DIPA i min smak. Krämig, mjuk, rejäl kropp med fin krispig grön humle med mycket mjuk fruktighet, främst grön och gul citrus, tallskott, persika, gräs, karamell. Snäll beska. Rätt stor sötma. Mycket trevlig.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 1/17/2014. Pours crystal clear bright orange amber color with a 2 finger dense off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of huge tangerine, pineapple, mango, grapefruit, lemon zest, orange zest/rind, floral, grass, pine, caramel, bread, and floral/grass earthiness. Fantastic aromas with great complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt balance; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, orange zest/rind, lemon zest, light mango, floral, grass, pine, caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, orange zest/rind, lemon zest, light mango, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Damn nice complexity of citrus/tropical hops with moderate malt flavors; and a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a smooth and fairly slick/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a light warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is an excellent DIPA! All around great complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt sweetness; and very smooth to sip on for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours a slightly golden looking amber color and leaves the same colored body with a slim white one finger head that dies drastically pretty much within several seconds, well before I was able to snap a picture, some light stringy looking lacing tries to cling but slides for the most part. The aroma has a slight pine, but also resinous hops combined nicely with some earthy hops, pretty well done in my opinion. The taste has a sticky sweet pine running all over my taste buds, sticky pine-like aftertaste, slightly dry but somewhat bitter yet sweet finish. Its fairly easy on the palate but still at the same time, slightly not. Carbonation seems to be very well done. Overall, the best thing about this is how it rolls over the mouth and tongue. Solid!

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark copper color with moderate head. Aromas of toffee, pine, and toasted malts. Similar rich flavors with the addition of pineapple and brown sugar. Chewy. Bitter finish but not overly so. Great.

dark reddish-amber colour with small particles, two inches massive off-white head; aroma of pine resin, some orange peel oils, biscuit, and hints of honey; taste of pine resin, herbal liqueur, malty sweetness, honey and maybe some citrussy notes; not bad DIPA, but I expected a bit more

9.5% at the Hanshin seemed event. A golden orange pour with a citrusy aroma. Medium bodied, spicy but tasty with a nice bitting hop flavor balanced by caramel malts.

Draught @ The Ginger Man, NYC. Pours hazy amber with small white head. Clear afoma of hops with notes of malt and alcohol. Bitter, hoppy flavour with touches of malt and citrus and pronounced alcohol notes. OK but not top class.

Clear orangey copper colour with frothy white head. Piney hop aroma, some tangerine and citrus. Taste is moderately sweet caramel malty, almost with a nuttily touch, bitter hoppy overtones with piney notes.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head.Sweet aroma, loads of caramel malt but also soft tropical fruit, peach and biscuity malt.Very malty flavours too, lots of sweet clean malt. Some of the fruit transfers through. Pretty bitter in the finish but the malt wins out. A fair bit of booze shows.Could use more carbonation.
