Boozy, dark, oxidized, sweet boozy fruit. Yeast, sweet and thick. Medium bitter, yeast, over the top, a bit much. Lacks brightness, and effervescent. This is too heavy and boozy.

O:6.775 V:2.7 G:6.95 C:3.15 G:14.85 T:34.435

On tap at Station Ho.st, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out candied sugar, along with Belgian yeast and some cotton candy. Flavour is wonderfully structured, expressing the Belgian yeast well, with candied sugar and cotton candy further subdued. The sweetness is low enough to be acceptable for the style. Very good.

Draught@Moeder Lambic, Brussels. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some yeasty and spicy notes along with mild tartness. Flavour is fruity, floral, alcoholic, wooden and mildly vinegary notes along with a bit yeast. Quite strange brew, but still in a balance and quite tasty.

Draught (9%) @ Lambic Foeder. Rated on 25.06.2015
Aroma has sweet fruit candy, apricot and some soapy notes. Flavour has sweet apricot, fruit candy and some acidic citrus tones. Also some mild grassy tones. Too sweet but I like the grass here. Hides the ABV rather well.

Very light, well-balanced but not super interesting. Cloudy blonde with decent head and lacing. Everything is good and comes together well here, they just need to amp up the overall feel. Tap at Montreal brewpub on opening night.

Draft @ Prohibition Pig 22 March 2013. Aroma of Belgian yeast, dried fruit and citrus hops. Flavor is moderate yeast, average malt, light grassy hops, and light fruit esters. Finish is malty and sweet. ABV is barely noticeable. Light pepper as it gets real warm. Nice drinker. A tad above average.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant pungeant orange peels, with coriander and smooth alcohol. In mouth, a smooth candy sugar with curacao, cardamom, warming alcohol, quite nice. On tap at Mondial 2010.
