Pours black into a tulip. Mocha head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Chocolate and caramel aromas. Medium bodied with hot caramel, chocolate covered raspberries and soy upfront returning to hot caramel in the medium length finish.

Black opaque color and an off-white head. Nose of roasted malts, molasse, honey, dried fruits. A little boozy taste, malty and roasty, dark red fruits. Nice.

Bière bue à la microbrasserie Tadoussac. Nez bien torréfié sur le café. Bouche torréfiée et fumée. Réglisse. Délicieux dégustée avec un carré de chocolat noir.
