0.33 l bottle from 'Getränkeparadies Sauer', best before February 2020. Clear, amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently malty and slightly floral aroma of honey, grains and hints of straw. Gently sweet, malty, slightly bitter, a bit floral taste of grains, some honey, a touch of sultanas and traces of straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and a little metallic finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent industrial Bock.

Clear deep amber colour, tall frothy off-white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma sweet toasted malts, caramel, grain, straw, hint of alcohol. Smooth taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, roasty, toffee, buttery. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, malty, bit buttery, alcohol notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, a round and tasty spring bock, good example of the style.

Bottle from systembolaget. Not sure about this one, lovely appearances but just too much raw lagery alcohol taste which isn’t smooth at all.

On Tap at Prost! Clear deep golden. Full smooth fluffy white head. Light toasted maltiness. Smooth German lager but a littel more body. Very nice.

Bottle received in trade with Erzengel. Pours clear deep amber with a moderate lasting off-white head. Aroma of malt, sweet caramel, touch of treacle and dark fruit. Medium plus sweetness, low bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Finish picks up on some warming chocolate notes. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Clear amber with a decent white head. Aroma of sweet malts, grains and some grass. Taste of grains, malts, toffee, grass and a dash of honey. Some hops provide a nice bitterness in the background. Medium carbonation. Finish is quite long and warming. You can tell there is some alcohol in there...Nice. Could drink this all night long and sometimes I do.
