Draft: Poured a black color stout with a nice brown foamy head. Aroma of nice floral coffee notes with light residual bitterness. Aroma of nice floral coffee notes with some light bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable stout with nice coffee selection and balanced bitterness.

Nonic type draft at Pub BreWskey in Montreal, Quebec. The pour is an opaque black brown, with a well formed one inch khaki head that is quite lasting. The aroma is fresh coffee, caramel malt and a hint of pine. The taste is the bright, fresh coffee up front, gentle roast flavor with no bitterness, transitions nicely to the caramel sweet and finish dry with the pine. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation and the caramel pine dry finish. Nice.
