Pours a clear golden yellow to orange color with a big white fluffy head. Medium retention and some lacings left Too sweet and extremelly syrupy. Some sweet malts but, the sweetness is quite extreme and jeopardizes the taste. End is quite bitter as an unique positive point

Canned, 0.50l. Clear golden color with large frothy beige head and average visible carbonation. Aroma of sweet malt, dark fruits and vanilla. Taste starts with sweet and rich malt, then followed by sweet fruity and strong alohol notes. Mouthfeel is mouth-coating, finish is mild bitter, while aftertaste is mainly sweet and spicy. Medium body, sticky texture and soft carbonation in palate. It’s a sweetie, but I kinda liked it...

Aroma is sour and musty. Pours wth a nice, thick velvety head (but then again, so does pee from time to time). Flavor is licorice (not in a good way) and cough syrup. This is beer made for getting drunk, if you can get it down.

Golden colour with a white topp. Fruity and alcohol aroma. Mostly sweet caramel malt flavour with some fruity and alcohol notes. Absolutely not the worst Imperial pils. One of a few I could drink again.

Originally rated April 2005. This malt liquor pours a golden colour with slight amber and a decent head that leaves a fluffy lace all around. The nose is a bit of cinnamon with heavy alcohol and corn. The taste is still heavy on the alcohol, but the aftertaste is smooth, yet bitter in the back. No real burn... thank God. Feeling it in the head already, probably wake up with killer headache. This one is called "Navigator of Holland" here in Canada. The rest of the can looks the same as the Amsterdam Navigator. Good drunken material....
