Bottle sample at Mondial des Cidres, pours a clear bright pink. Aroma brings out potent raspberries upfront, with light treacle toffee. Flavour is decadent as hell, with potent raspberries that have a touch of tartness, medium treacle toffee and brown sugar. The addition of raspberries is executed beautifully. Decadent and a pleasure to sip.

A dark burgundy red cider with pleasant aroma of sweet sweet raspberry jam, light apples, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet raspberry jam, apple candy sugar, alcohol warmth, very nice and concentrated. Mondial des Cidres 2017.
