Silný ležák krásné zlaté barvy. Skutečně robustní tělo korunuje výrazná chmelová hořkost a stabilní hustá pěna. Dlouhodobé doznívání českých odrůd chmele a delikátní sladová chuť pivu propůjčují výbornou pitelnost. Toto pivo dozrává ve sklepích pivovaru až 100 dní. Koncentrovaná ukázka toho nejlepšího z českých pivovarských tradic.

12oz bottle. Filtered dulled orange-tan. Foamy, lacy white head. Classic noble hop aroma and taste guide you through the sweet, pungent Eastern European malts. Approaching Mocne at times, but remains drinkable, even with the odd butterscotch malt undertones. Enjoyable enough, but comes across a little cheap. I kept my previous rate below, which is a little venomous..gave it a 2.4 with that one. 500ml bottle. Hazy, dulled orange-tan. Thin, dishwater head. Sweet sugary malt tones, kind of syrupy, extract like. Off, clearly this isn’t one to age. Cheap, malt extract tones...tastes like an artificial version. Tries to have some of that pungent fruitiness, but is blown away by factory malt and oxidized metal. Quite disappointing and unimpressive, even by Czech standards. They must be able to make this for 10 cents a bottle.

500ml bottle labeled Primator Maibock from BevMo online (Pleasanton). Nose is light banana with a hefty dose of bubblegum, and some light grassiness. Clear dark yellow with orange hints topped by a small light yellow head. Flavor is bananas, light bitterness, and some caramel maltiness.

Bottle as Primator Maibock. Clear golden body with a large white head. Light sulfur on the aroma with large notes of diacetyl, butterscotch and caramel. Flavors are less flawed (still some noticeable diacetyl), but further notes are grainy, bready, melanoidins, toasty and still a bit buttery. Lively and crisp.

Bottle 50 cl. Golden clear with a large head. A malty and carmel aroma with some alcohol sence. The taste is sweet, malt with a bitter aftertaste, very little alcohol taste, ok.

500 ml bottle, ABV is 7.5%. Will probably be imported to Norway soon. Deep golden colour, big white head. Aroma of malts with a hint of caramel, also floral hops, a hint of honey. The medium sweet flavour is moderately malty with some honeyish notes, a hint of caramel again. The alcohol is noticeable, but not as disturbing as in some Scandinavian lagers of this strength. Medium bitter hops in the finish.

Cheers to Finn for providing a 500ml bottle of this one. Deep, dark golden body. Lasting white layer. Clean malty nose added by fruity hops. Fine transition to the taste character that brings oily hops and pale malts. Sharp, but short lived, bittersweet ending. Noticable impact of alcohol on the palate. Soft carbonated. Well worth drinking (Tromsø, 11.12.2010).
