Typical English ale, characterised by the amber colour, delicate bitterness and the full malt body. Carefully selected hops lend the beer the aroma of resin, roses, grapefruit peel, and gooseberry traces. An intense, bitter opening gradually changes after sipping, and leaves behind a drier malt flavour with notes of caramel and dried fruit. The beer experience is completed by the dark amber to garnet colour and the fine silk foam.

12/1/2023. Bottle from Vin og vin, Hobro. Pours clear deep amber with a small frothy off-white head. Attractive pour. Aroma is malty, bread, biscuit, caramel, citrus, floral notes. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily, fizzy. Okay.

Notater fra opprydding i Petro sin kjeller, juli-21 - en 0,5 flaske (bb. 240519) delt med ham: klar mørk rødlig kobber med fint skum som varer. Svak aroma og mild smak med skogbunn/kvae og urter. Slank, på grensen til tynn. Lav bitterhet. Sikkert en helt kurant øl når den var fersk.

Słodowe, trochę karmelowe, łodygowe, żywiczne. Barwa miedziana, przezroczyste, piana redukuje się do krążka, lacingu brak. Goryczka niska. Przyjemne, bez szału.
