Hazy dark yellow colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are very fresh. There’s a light citrus peel element. The banana esters are very low keeping the sweetness down.

Hazy honey yellow. Tall creamy head of excellent retention. Classical banana, spice, fruit on nose. Nice. Light body. The semidry taste echoes the aroma. It is however not in the maximal area of intensity. Low bitterness. Overall a good Weizen.

Bottle at il gatto nero. Yellow color, hazed, big white head, persistent. Aroma weizen malts, wheat, yeast, dough, lots of citrus. Taste quite sour and mild malty. Dry lemonish finish. Nice dry and punchy weizen. Would be great in summer.

50 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Rick. Hazy golden with a big white head. Wheaty yeasty aroma with the usual banana and slightly unusual citrus. Taste is typical weizen, Body is a bit thin for a weizen. Overal very drinkable but there are numerous better weizen out there.

On tap at The Schoolhouse, Battersea. 05/08/16. Aroma - sweet FA. Yeasy? Pale gold, bordering on a hazy yellow. Fluffy white head. Looks like it’ll be a great beer... however for me the ’helle’ element comes in to play. Initially quite interesting due to the carbonation from the head, but then that’s it. Watery and flat. Initiap sourness, before a sweetness comes through. The weisse equivilant of a pale ale:(

Hazy yellow with a hint of green and little white head. Aroma is soap (bubblegum?) Yeast and some light fruits. Taste is better: much carbonation induced sourness with a little fruity sweetness. Mouthfeel is spicy bubbly with medium body. Medium finish with more yeast. Overall a little worse than average. Not my favourite.
