hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of banana, wheat, lemony notes and yeast; taste of banana, caramel notes, bread, maybe hints of citruses and some acidic notes which seems to be a result of fermentation error - otherwise ok weizen

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy nice golden with medium white head. Aroma is light banana, medium body, medium carbonation, and good lacing. Taste is banana, some clove, a little bread, and bubblegum. Bottle may have been a little old, if so this held up pretty well.

Bottle on the train from Freising to Regensburg, Bamberg post Christmas jolly day 1. Pours pale yellow with a creamy, white head. Sweet, grainy, with sugary wheat and ripe banana. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary finish with more wheat and dough. Meh.

Banana and lemon nose. Hazy yellow, huge head, decent lacing. Watery mouthfeel and intensity. Lemon is dominantt. Banana and clove at midpalate, but somewhat washed out. Some bready and grassy notes. Refreshing, but weak.

Train rating on Bamberg Jolly day 1 24/1/14. Aroma is clean banana yeast esters. Flavour is citric acid with some sharp acid lemon and orange. Bready and dough malt really pop. Yellow golden, clouded with a lasting white frothy head. Palate is milky.
