A very clean, flaxen-coloured beer with wonderful thirst-quenching properties. The subtle blend of aroma and bittering hops give a crispness on the tongue which is delicately fruity, giving way to some dryness. The inclusion of flaked maize in the grist subtly hints at crisp corn flavours.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy golden with a creamy, white head with good retention leaving a nice lacework. Fresh, hoppy, slightly citrusy nose. Very light-bodied, lightly malty, but I don’t find any traces of coriander. Dry rather than hoppy finish. I believe this would be a perfect summer quencher. 010306

Cask Conditioned, end of the cask
Very pale blond color. Quite nice aroma, fresh hops, citrus fruits. Lightly malty with a very good hop profile; begins a bit fruity, ends very close to a good Pilsner. Interesting.

Cask @ Bishop’s Arms Malmö. Clear golden in colour. Small white head. Some yesty aroma with hints of lemon. Flavor is hoppy with some citrus notes. Hoppiness in the aftertaste aswell. An easy drinking beer.

Cask. Clear yellow colour, small white head. Weak, but refreshing citrus aroma. Watery citronvand flavour. OK bitter aftertaste with some astingency. The bitter aftertaste balances the citrus a bit, but not entirely. Thin body. Gets a bit better after an entire pint.

The color is light yellow - probably made light by the maize. It has a fine though collapsing head. The aroma is fresh of oranges, lemon, banana, and malt. The flavor is very light with a hint of sourness - is it the maize? The flavor has notes of lemon, oranges, and corriander. The body is a little thin.

Very pale beer which is heavily hopped with a citric twang. Smooth palate and a mild aroma. Fairly good.
