Bonden är en folkale som givits en frisk och lätt fruktig smak av flera sorters humle. Inte som en IPA men ändå markant humleton.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 26 Sep 2008) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of apricots, peaches and biscuity malt. Fruity, malty taste with peaches and a generous citrussy, grassy bitterness in a fairly short finish. Rather thin body. Still a nice and tasty beer considering the abv.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear golden, airy head. Appley nose. Dryish and light bodied with light grainy malt and sadly a wealth of green apples. Drier finish with some paper.

Frist rating - ࿁ cl bottle thanks to deft!)On September 11, 2008BB August 2009Slight shady golden to orange color, smallish white head. Fruity, hoppy and bready scent. Malty sweet and herbal, grassy hoppy bitter taste. Medium a bit moussy spritzy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Scent is a bit of green apples also, almost like it should have fermented a little bit longer. Nice bitterness in the taste. Mouthfeel also to the thin side, probably the low alcohol speaking. Quite drinkable, but way too expensive! 6/3/7/2/12=3.0 \ / Second rating - 33 cl bottle thanks to deft. BB Aug 2009. Clear pale golden color, small white head.
