Medium, very dense & fine white head over golden beer. Very specific nose; some kind of highly alcoholic liqueur (as Jägermeister, etc., but maybe less spiced); sweet and dimishing to more usual spices, but still a very peculiar aroma; vegetable deepfrying oil. Spiced, peppery, and now I seem to associate the aroma with the elderberry syrup of my youth. Some toasted notes too, finely grassy. Sharpish MF, but still refreshing as long as it is cool. Light to medium bodied. Reasonable, and more important, reasonably original. Worth a try.
