A blank canvas is something that has motivated us and excited us since day one. The idea that we can create something from nothing, and make it our own. This beer was brewed true to our style. Maintaining a strong, aromatic hop character and a rich flavor profile, it is perfect to toss in your bag for a hike up Camel’s Hump, a day at Oakledge, or a day skinning up Mansfield.
We hope to brew this beer on a semi regular basis and have it present for the events we like to participate in and sponsor in the community. Art shows, concerts, fundraisers. The can has a completely blank side to it, for its drinker to do with what they please. Paint on it, draw on it, write your name, make a cartoon, or, leave it blank. Do what you want with it, it’s your canvas. But please, enjoy it.

Canned 8/17/22, drunk 9/26/22. Cloudy, pale lemon. Small, white head fizzles out immediately. White flour and lemony-citrusy hops. Clean yeast, no resin or pine, but very light and not overly juicy or malty. Sweeter in flavor, rather insipidly so. Just sugary white bread with lemon and clementine. Fizzy, strange carbonation and not a very substantial finish. Granted, it's only 4.5% and it is clean, otherwise. But just seems off/strange. 5/3/6/3/9 Second can, canned 2/22/23, drunk 5/28/23. Well despite being 3 months old this is still, hoppy, dry and bright. Good balance, none of the gross sugary white bread from the previous can. Bright NZ hops without any resin. Good malt depth and attenuation.

$5.20 pint can, WW (I now remember why I switched to bourbon, rye, and rum for a few weeks). My can says 4.5% abv. Hazy pale gold with a sewage-froth head. Bready citrus aroma. Bread, lemon zest, green leaf, green onion. Not unpleasant, but I'd send this back to the drawing board.
