A blonde kolsch with a thin white head. In aroma, classic German beer with crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light mineral chalky character, light grassy hops, OK. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau hiver 2018.
