Amber with a small white head. Aroma of malt ith typical Fullers marmalade notes. Dry and malty flavour, typical Fullers, though probably a little sweeter than Pride.

Bottle: Clear, copper coloured, small & persistent off-white foam, leaving a little lace; malty nose with a distinctive "english" hoppy aroma and a subtle sweetish fruitiness; mild sweet-bitter flavour, soft, medium bodied; the announced blackberries show up in the moderate sweet-bitter finish, followed by a light hoppy aftertaste. Nothing to complain, but really not the best Fullers brew......

(bottle) Clear, dark amber colour with a medium-sized, slightly beige foamy head. Moderately sweet berry-fruity aroma with notes of cara-malt and spicy hops . Sweet flavour, light to almost bodied with a smooth carbonation. Cara-malty and distinctively fruity aroma of blackberry and a tinge of honey; medium-dry, sweet and shy bitter, slightly hoppy finish with a moderate berry-fruity touch. 01.I.10
