Deep golden yellow top-fermented beer. Brewed from organic barley malt and hops. Heavy beer with a higher alcohol content and a robust, firm aftertaste.

Bottled. Golden colour small beige head. Aroma is bigtime alcohol along with some very mild fruityness coming from beneath. Flavour is lots of fruits, alcohol and some quite sweet nectary notes. Mild metallicness lurking in the background as well.

Bottle. Golden color. malty flowery buttery aroma. Malty sweet buttery alcoholic grassy flavor. A soft hopbitterness, lingering on in the aftertaste. Sweet yet characterful beer, could be a Czech type doppelbock.

Bottled. Clear golden color, medium frothy white head. Aroma of grainy hops, slight spicy, some honey indeed. Quite sweet taste, grainy, dryish as well. Slight alcohol bite in the finish. Not that impressed.

30cl Bottle from Dirck III. Clear golden amber colour, dense white head. Aroma of honey and fruits, almost like Hopslam, very nice. Flavour is soft and smooth, mostly honey, light fruity, light grainy bitterness in the finish, but mostly soft honey. Smooth oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Budels have outdone themselves on this one, this beer is far better than I expected.
