Bottle (thanx to Stefan!): Golden and hazy, quite stable loose white head; grassy and hoppy-grainy nose; moderate, quite dry bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering dryish herbal-hoppy finish, a bit tart. Not too bad, but a bit unharmonic..........

(33cl bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a thick foamy white head. Yeasty, slightly sweet and strawy malty nose with hay and herbal hops. Yeasty- and slightly hop-bitter flavour with a light malty sweetness, almost medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Spicy yeasty and strawy malty taste with herbal hops; dry and moderately bitter, spritzy finish. Fresh and easy going Zwickel (04.III.09).

bottle. Cloudy yellow colour, very dense creamy white head. Lovely malty notes hovering above the glass. Malty, yeasty, slightly fruity with some resiny hops - well-balanced with a pleasant mouthfeel. A delicious brew from the Black Forest.

(Bottle 33 cl) Golden, hazy - almost like a Hefe. Spicy, vitamin-like aroma from the added yeast. Flavour also spicy and herbal with notes of yeast. Dry with a marked but not dominant bitterness. Quite an interesting brew. 180702
