50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured very pale golden with a thick white head, nice lacing. Aroma is strongly of hay and grass. Flavor is mild grassy, slightly buttery. Low bitterness, bit stronger towards finish. Light and very easy to drink.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest hoppy, not too dry, modest spicy. Finish milder, quite drinkable, notes could be a bit more intense. But still a good pils!

Bottled (From bierzwerg.de). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is lemon, some wood as well as fresh grassy hops and some mild saltwatery notes. Also some slight bready maltyness. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild vegetables, quite big on the grassyness as well as mild saltwatery notes. Rather smooth palate. Big grassy and hayish aftertaste. Pleasant Pils.

Bottled (BZ, 09/2010)
Clear yellow color, small white head. Grassy-hayish nose with buttery notes. Medium-bodied. Oily mouthfeel. Buttery, a bit sweet malty, nice fresh-hayish hoppyness in the finish. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Solid German pils. My first beer from this brewery.

Bottle (kindly delivered by Quack-Duck!): Golden, lazy carbonation, small foamy layer; a touch of sweet pale malt and distinctive grassy herbal hops in the nose; relatively dry bitter flavour, light bodied; grassy-herbal hops in the short, dryish bitter-sweet finish. Not earth-shaking, but better than the usual macro-swill.........

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Hoppy nose. Malty background with good aromatic hops with hints of herbs and grass from a green Black Forest hill... Quite nice, although it is supoposed to be a fashionable drink for celebrating youths.
Earlier Rating: 3/28/2008 Total Score: 3.2
bottle. Clear golden yellow, large white head. Full-bodied, very hoppy and dry, in a very pleasant way. Herbal and grassy hops with a lovely intensive flavour.
