BOTTLE 33 CL. Pleasant malts and fresh white bread in the nose, some sweaty notes. The flavour is a tad watery, stale malts, husk, light but unpleasant bitterness.

Slow gushing. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, apples, oxidized and hint of grass and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a malty, grainy and oxidized finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, metal. It’s a clear, pale golden beer topped by a minimal sized white head. The aroma is sweetish and fruity, with some alcohol. The alcohol bit surprises me quite a lot. Some oxidation, canned pears, yellow apples and some pine cone hints. It’s sweet and fruity on the palate, full-bodied and with a soft carbonation. Canned pears, yellow apples and white sugar. Lasting sweet finish with some bitterness. Nothing impressive going on here. 140815
