Citrus, tropical fruit and sweet bready malt on nose. Taste follows through on nose elements - grapefruit, orange rind, lemon and melon have a healthy astringent hop edge. Big punch for only 38 ibu. Tasty.

A hazed milky blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity citrus malt with orange pulp, light tropical fruits, resinous floral hops, very nice and fruity. On tap at Octenbulle 2018.

Bouteille de 500 ml achetée chez : Ils en fument du bon. Au nez, du pamplemousse, du poivre, de l’ananas, de la mangue et un tout petit ‘’grassy’’ discret. Liquide boueux de couleur jaune / doré, avec une petite mousse fuyante. Entrée de bouche avec effervescence très active et poivre en évidence; accompagné de tons de pamplemousse et d’ananas plutôt discrets et d’une finale résineuse à l’astringence assez perceptible. Le profil malté est plutôt faible. Le poivre et l’astringence dominent au détriment des autres éléments essentiels au style. Bel essai mais il y a place à amélioration.
