Un galopin?! Yep! 12,5cL. ¡Como una caña amigo! I learn something new!! Tastes like water, but whatever. I’m in the mood. It’s 10:30. I don’t need a Belgian tripel.

On tap @ Brasserie Le Lyautey, Versailles FR. Dorada tirando a ambar con un dedo de espuma que desaparece pronto. Aroma escaso, cereal. En boca es ligera, algo aguada punzante de gas, de tono bastante seco y amargor moderado y con sabor malteado, algo tostado.

Bottle as Ancre Strasbourg. Light golden with white head. Light malts with quite strong German hops. Very floral with a bit of herbs. Light bodied. Not bad at all.

Thin and watery as the brewery’s normal lager. A bit more bitter, and a bit more aroma and taste than the normal one, actually.

(Bottle 75 cl) Fully golden, rather pretty beer with a decent, tall head. Very soft, slightly sweet without much bitterness. Nice alright, and a typical Alsatian lager.
