Slightly unfiltered, golden light-coloured, nice warm cap, good stay, creamy and beautiful lacing. Fresh hop smell with floral notes, citrus and some grains. The taste has some bitterness, but not too crazy and not as dry, so kind of refreshing Pale Ale. Mild tart in the mouthfeel. This is quite the nice crafted Pale Ale.

Bouteille 500 ml. Bel houblonnage. Fait la job sans prétention.

Bottle: Poured a clear orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh fruit notes of peach and apricot with some residual sugar notes also perceptible. Taste is a solid mix of fresh citrusy notes with some apricot and peach notes also discernable with some residual sugar notes apparent and light bitterness is noticeable. Body is full with great carbonation. Solid APA from a brewery that seems to be cranking out great hopped beers.

A hazed blonde lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity malt with light pink grapefruit pulp, catnip, resinous nelson Sauvin hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tropical fruits, pink grapefruit, floral resinous hops with catty wild character, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2015.
