Lightly unfiltered, golden colour with slow, tiny bubble carbonation. The head is white, long lasting and leaving some thick, creamyish lacing. I get the spicy, Belgian yeast nose, but what goes over it... is the hop grassiness, and almost giving a strong peppery scent. The herbal, grassy hops continues in the taste. It does seem to blend a little better after breathing with the sugars and hints of banana, breadiness. Lightly silky mouthfeel and decent dryness. Not sure what kind of hops are used here, but they are a little too grassy to fit the style. Still a good drinking, stronger ale, but a tad unbalanced for a Belgian one.
