Flaska från Saveur Bieré. Smak och doft av belgisk jäst, torkad frukt, kanel, brunt socker med toner av honung och övermoget päron. Stor sötma, fin fruktighet, fin beska.

SWING-TOP 33CL from artemb. Hazy amber, creamy ivory head. Sweet aroma of fruit and cinnamon, unripe fruit, some harshness. The taste is sweet, quite dirty, with some kind of fermentation by-products, phenolic and spicy. Light spicy finish. Somewhat unrefined.

Bottle @ DØE Øllets Dag 2014, Kolding. Pours clear darkish golden with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sweetish notes of malt and fruit, and touches of nuts. Hints of metal. Reasonable for a non-Belgian beer of this style.

Flip top 330ml (Saveur)
Clear amber color, small white head. Berryish (red currant), a bit harsh aroma. Medium-bodied. Toffee, berries, maltyness. Not the most traditional triple. Quite dry and malty, not so fruity.

750 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a moderate sized off-white head. Delicate aroma of malt, spices, white sugar and ripe fruit. Flavor is quite light and refreshing but distinct. Relatively malty for the style, quite sweet, fruity, spicy, some bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Fine body and good aftertaste in same direction as the main flavor. Somehow refreshing and quite tasty without anything close to extreme in any direction. Some kind of subtle distinctiveness.
