A very hazy golden wit with a thin white head. A very nice and pungeant aroma of cloves, spices, vanilla and hops. In mouth, a smooth and classy wit with cloves, ginger, tingly, a bit light. Tasted Jan. 30 2010.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy beige/orangey color ale with a medium size white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander and light orange peel with some noticeable malt presence. Taste is quite spicy with loads of coriander and some light orange peel notes with loads of wheat malt. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very well done with good malt presence which sometime lacks in the style and maybe a bit too much spices though.

Brown bottle, 500 ml, bottled in January 2009, purchased at Le Grand Duc on April 11 2009, savoured on June 10 2009; eye: straw with a golden hue, lightly hazy, no effervescence, tiny white head that turns into a ring, light lacing; nose: wheat, acidity, orange, light spices (coriander); mouth: a bit thin, orange, wheat, orange, coriander is more present than the nose suggested, finale in orange with presence of wheat, light acidity, good carbonation, light body; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 500 ml, embouteillée en janvier 2009, achetée chez Le Grand Duc le 11 avril 2009, savourée le 10 juin 2009; œil : paille avec une teinte dorée, légèrement voilée, pas d’effervescence, petite mousse blanche qui se transforme en un anneau, légère dentelle; nez : froment, acidité, orange, léger épices (coriandre); bouche : un peu mince, orange, froment, orange, léger coriandre est plus présente que le nez suggère, finale en orange avec présence de froment, légère acidité, bonne carbonatation, corps léger; en résumé : correct
