50cl bottle from Cantina della Birra, Riccione, Italy. Pours brown, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is intensely malty and with a alcoholic tenor. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is average.

Malt, toffee & spiced aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth with a tingle on the thinner back.
Toffee, malt, earthy & spiced tastes with a lightly hopped finish.

Bottle shared with RJ, koszi! It’s a light and mild beer alltogether, muted, even, but fairly drinkable nevertheless. What I really liked about it is the surprising depth of malt character in the aroma: it’s bready-grainy sweet, fruity, but also savoury-spicy, somehow pastry-ish even (yea yea I know) with hints of tonka and vanilla. I dont think I ever had anything like this before, not even in emmer beers, surprisinlgy fun.

Naturtrüb und bernsteinfarben im Glas mit einer dichten, feinporigen Krone. Im Duft hefig, malzig und fruchtig mit einer honigartigen Süße und Anklängen von Vollkornbrot und Pumpernickel. Im Geschmack malzig-süßlich mit Honig und etwas Milchschokolade, fruchtig und brotig im Abgang. Ungemein süffig und durchaus mit eigenständigem Charakter.
