Für die meisten ist es DAS Sterni. Ein untergäriges, hell eingebrauchtes Vollbier mit edler Würze und besonders süffigem Geschmack. Oft getrunken - oft besungen.

500ml bottle @ streets of Neukölln
Decent, slightly metallic and bready lager with hints of grassy notes and hops. Quite average in every sense.

Bottled, 0.50l. Clear pale golden color with medium frothy white head and lively bubbles. Aroma of grassy / herbal hops, malt, cardboard and some vanilla notes. Taste is refreshing grainy, not very sweet, followed by herbal notes, but still too plain. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry, aftertaste is moderately bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. A bit dull, but still drinkable...

Bottle. Pours crystal clear pale golden with an airy white head. Light aroma of hop, grass and spices. Hoppy taste with a metallic finish. A rather unpleasant, grainy aftertaste. Nothing particularly good, but drinkable.

[9/30/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Bottle at the venue in Finsterwalde. Another industrial German lager - a bit of sweetness, a bit of hops, slightly metallic bitterness. Kinda drinkable.

Purchased on the platform and consumed on the U8, as per standard Berlin operating procedure. A standard industrial brew with a slight malt accent and golden colour.
