Tap at weranda. Dark brown to Black color creamy tan head. Flavor of toasted malts, coffee, licorice, candy orange. Some fruity overtones, apricot, orange, mango, raisins, flowers. Strong resin, prominently hoppy, pine. Taste is juicy with chocolate in the finish. Body is thick, smooth carbonation silky texture, savory citrusy finish.

0.5l bottle at the brewery, thx guys! Very dark brown body, misty, off-white head. Citric aroma, some dark maltiness, odd. Dry and bitter taste, lightly citric, creamy, caramelly... okay, not in top shape perhaps this time, really didn't thrill.

0,5l bottle (5,8%) from the brewery. Head is big, tan, good retention. Colour is dark, opaque. Aroma is dark malts, citrus, pine, tropical fruits. Taste is medium malty base, roasted tones, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruits, long lasting harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, really nice for the style, fully enjoyed.

Bottle, many thanks Gurthnar! Gusher. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is caramel, strawy, a bit resinous, peach, berries. Taste is caramel, strawy, nice fruitiness, a bit tart. High carbonation. Not really a Black IPA, but quite tasty!

0.4 l on tap at 'Kollarko'. Almost clear, very dark reddish brown to black with a large, frothy, almost stable, light beige head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny and a little roasty-malty aroma of tropical fruits, pine, blueberry and some caramel. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently roasty-malty, rather fruity-resiny taste of dark chocolate, licorice, tropical fruits, blueberry and some pine, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, resiny, roasty and rather earthy finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good Black IPA, great balance between malts and hops, pretty intense as well.
